Unflavoured spirits contain essentially no sugar: US rules cap what vodka may be treated with at 2 grams of sugar per litre, and straight bourbon may contain nothing but water. Sugar comes back in flavoured spirits, spiced rum, liqueurs and sweet canned drinks, which is where the numbers below spread out.

Most seltzers carry 0 to 2 grams per 12oz can. Spiked lemonade and malt iced tea are much sweeter: Simply Spiked Lemonade has 18g and Twisted Tea Original has 23.3g.
Does beer have sugar? ▾
Very little in most beers, and brewers rarely publish it: most of a beer's carbohydrate is unfermented starch rather than sugar. For beer the number that matters is total carbs, ranked on the low carb alcohol page.
